What data we process
When you contact us by email or phone, we process the information you provide: name, contact details, employer and the content of your enquiry. This website uses no tracking cookies and collects no personal data automatically; our web analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) is cookie-free and aggregated.
Purpose and legal basis
The data is processed to answer your enquiry, provide proposals and administer assignments. The legal basis is legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) for managing business contacts, and performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) when we enter into an agreement.
Retention
Data in enquiries is kept while the dialogue is ongoing and thereafter for at most twelve months, unless it must be kept longer to perform a contract or meet legal obligations (e.g. accounting).
Recipients
We never sell personal data. Data may be processed by our IT providers (e.g. email and hosting providers) acting as processors under agreement.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, restriction of processing, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest.
